iBuzzz.Net, hereafter referred to as "iBuzzz" is a social interaction website where members create personal profiles, view other member profiles, chat, share and discuss ideas, thoughts, materials and opinions. iBuzzz offers users (guests and registered members) this service for free in the understanding that certain protocol and rules will be upheld by the users of this site at all times.

The terms of use or service and everything therein is a binding contract or agreement between you and iBuzz. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, regardless of whether you use the Service to post any of your own materials, browse the site or view materials posted by other people.

iBuzzz reserves the right to change, alter, modify or otherwise change the terms of use at our discretion at any time. Your continued use of iBuzzz constitutes an acceptance of these new terms of use. If you do not agree with any changes to the terms of use when/if they are made then you should cease to use iBuzzz immediately and delete your account so others will no longer be able to view it. It is the sole responsibility of members and guests to return to this page regularly to review any possible changes to the terms of use although any profound changes will be submitted to members via PM (personal or private message) or by a login announcement.

Furthermore, iBuzzz reserves the right to refuse, revoke, suspend or delete any member, account or profile without warning and without liability as well as delete, edit or alter any or all content posted by members. This includes pictures, profile information, posts, discussions and even private messages should they warrant such actions or should a member be reported for inapropriate materials, content or conduct contravening the terms of use. iBuzzz also reserves the right to revoke or delete a members account for any or even no reason or cause at all.

This site is for guests and/or members of the age 14 years and up. "The Catacombs" room or zone is a restricted area for members 18 years and up. The Catacombs is the ONLY room or zone that is NOT visible to guests as it may and probably will contain information of a restricted nature not for use or viewing by minors, but for the purposes of adults only. This may include but is not limited to chats, discussions, advertisements, solicitations, pictures and images, meetings or hookups, groups or private profiles and links to X-rated sites.

By registering with iBuzzz you agree to supply or provide your ACCURATE and POSITIVE date of birth and not lie or falsify this while registering. Anyone misrepresenting, falsifying or otherwise incorrectly supplying their age will have their account deleted at once without warning and iBuzzz will not in any way be responsible, accountable or liable for any actions or repercussions resulting from members supplying an inaccurate date of birth. The use of iBuzzz is void where prohibited.

And for further clarification....Becoming 18 in three days or three hours or even 3 minutes IS STILL 17 YEARS OLD!

With the exception of your profiles' "My Site" link or advertisers who have full written and/or endorsed consent to use this site or a page or location therein by the site owner or a certified representative, you are not permitted to use this site (iBuzzz) for commercial reasons whether promotional, advertisement, solicitation and/or gain. Each member has a place within their profile to promote their individual website, blog, forum or discussion board. Members, spammers, solicitors or advertisers abusing this feature to further themselves, their company, a company or a site or business will be deleted immediately without warning and any further violations from the said site, user, owner, or affiliates can and may be subject to civil and legal proceedings regading these actions. Spammers and solicitors-BE WARNED!!!!

Addendum to this, you are not allowed to advertise any lewd, pornagraphic, "win a", gambling, get rich quick, homophobic, extremely violent, sexist, racist, link share, offensive or any other objectionable content on the site or within your "My site" link or any other place within iBuzzz be it written, implied, linked, shared, viewable or otherwise.

You may not post, modify, share, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted materials belonging to other people, groups, companies or organizations without first obtaining their prior written consent. This includes posts, blogs, profiles, skins, mails, comments and groups anywhere within the iBuzzz service. Copyright materials includes, but are not limited to: music, lyrics, videos, text, images, logos, slogans and titles.

The following constitutes a partial list of inapropriate content and/or conduct and activity that violates the terms of use within iBuzzz. Anyone found or reported for violating any one or more of these listed infractions or any oter infractions may have their account suspended or deleted without warning and with the sole and absolute discretion of iBuzzz or its appointed officials or officers. Further, iBuzzz is in no way responsible for loss of any materials, photos, profile content, blogs, posts, comments or any other related information due to an account being suspended or deleted for terms of use infractions nor are they liable in any way or form.

Some examples of prohibited content or actions include, but are not limited to:

-harrassment, intimidation, threatening or "stalking" of members

-solicitation of a minor or persons under 18 years of age.

-supplying an inacurate date of birth

-posting a malicious, pornagraphic, adult content, gambling, offensive, or misleading link in your "My Site" profile area or anywhere else in your profile. This is a place to post a legitimate link to your website, forum, blog or discussion board. Anyone abusing this feature and posting "BAD" links may have their account deleted.

-unauthorized commercial activity such as contests, sweepstakes, promos, mass mailing, spamming or any form of unwanted or unrequested solicitation or sales pitches and offers except where allowed such as "The Trading Post."

-forwarding, posting, transmitting or private messaging scams such as chain letters and pyramid schemes as well as "You've won!" and misleading "freebie" offers

-posting, discussing, promoting or transmitting any type of information regarding criminal or nefarious activities such as theft, robbery, child predation, computer hacking, terrorism, firearms or explosives creation or aquisition, illegal drugs creation or aquisition, assault or battery, threats, rape and sexual exploitation.

-posting nudity, copyrighted, violent, graphic or otherwise objectionable images or text to a public profile or avatar, a board, blog, forum or post unless permitted such as in The Catacombs where subject matter and content like nudity, graphic images, explicit language or other such adult content will be present.

-tampering, compromising or interfering with iBuzzz code, servers, networks, content or services including affiliated members codes, servers, networks and services.

-spreading, sharing, uploading or transmitting any viruses, scripts, bots or malware

-collecting, copying or storing information on members or collecting information on members to send unwanted or unrequested mail or requests.

-automating programs or scripts to use within the iBuzzz Service or network to send comments, messages or offers or to add people as a buddy

-impersonating any iBuzzz member or official

-auctioning, selling, trading or transferring your account or any part therein to a third party

-being a nuisance or disruptive in chat rooms, boards or forums and posting irrelevant or nonsensical or intentionally mean, hurtful, slanderous or defamatory comments/posts about a member or group

-posting sensitive and confidential information about yourself or others such as phone numbers, addresses and places of business that could potentially be used to locate or harrass yourself or others. iBuzzz is not responsible, accountable or in any way liable for people who post such information. Anyone found to be doing so in any iBuzzz public area will be warned or deleted at the sole discretion of iBuzzz or a representative. People posting such information in a private profile do so at their own risk and once again iBuzzz is not responsible, accountable or in any way liable for people who post such information.

-any communication or content involving child pornography, pirating, the traffic of obscene materials, fraudulent endeavors or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity

Members are responsible for their communications and dealings within the iBuzzz site and network. Govern yourself accordingly and be aware that although iBuzzz and iBuzzz appointed representatives have the authority to settle member disputes, they/we are in no way obligated to do so nor are we obligated to monitor any rooms, profiles, chats or other areas of the website. All areas of iBuzzz are on an "at your own risk" basis and iBuzzz is not responsible for the postings or content distributed around the site whether intentional or accidental, accurate or false. Furthermore, member discretion and commonsense must be excercised before entering The Catacombs as this area will no doubt always have adult, graphic or even violent or disturbing images and/or topis and discussions. Once again, enter at your own risk.

iBuzzz may contain links to third party sites. These links may be pornagraphic or of questionable nature or may even contain viruses, spyware or malware. iBuzzz does not endorse, promote or acknowledge ANY links that have not first been approved by iBuzzz or an official iBuzzz representative. You as a guest or member are fully and solely responsible for any and all links you click or repercussions resulting from clicking these links. iBuzzz is in no way responsible, accountable or liable for any problems that arise as a result of clicking any links or visiting any sites outside of the iBuzzz network.
